RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation submitted less than two (2) days before arrival date will incur first night charge. Cancellation submitted more than two (2) days before arrival date will incur Rs. 250. Refund Policy -- Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received within 7 working days. Check In, Check Out Time - 24 Hours.

Please provide your estimated arrival time at hotel. As per the rules of the hotel, the check in and check out time 24 hours, beyond 24 hours charges will apply. If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 2 hours of check in Time, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in within 2 hours of Check in Time and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in. Taxes extra as applicable. The above mentioned tariffs may change without any prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Please carry a print out of the confirmation voucher for your booking & Your photo-identity proof (Both in case of Double Occupancy) while checking-in at the Hotel. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
